Registered Home Manager

You will run all aspects of the home using your strong leadership and organisational skills to ensure high standards of care and business efficiency. Ideally holding – or working towards – a relevant qualification, you will combine good staff management skills with proven experience of caring for older people.

Deputy Home Manager

Sharing responsibility with the Home Manager for the running of the home, you’ll help to ensure we provide the best care for our residents whilst maximising the quality of their lives. Ideally holding or working towards a relevant qualification, you’ll combine relevant experience with excellent management and communication skills.

Care Team Manager (Days and Nights)

Leading a small care team from the front, you will maximise quality of life for all our residents and maintain the day-to-day efficiency of the home. You will hold an NVQ 2 or similar and have practical experience of working with older people. Attention to detail and good team skills are essential.

Chef Manager

You will oversee every aspect of our catering operation and lead your team to provide a cost effective service that never compromises on quality. Combining excellent staff management skills with the ability to manage budgets and monitor performance, you’ll be adept at meeting diverse dietary needs. Relevant qualifications and experience gained in a similar role are essential.

Hospitality Manager

You will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the hospitality function of the Home is to a high standard and ensuring our residents receive a high quality, person centered hospitality service that matches the vision and values of Quantum Care

Housekeeping Manager

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the housekeeping operation in the home including supervising the team of housekeepers to ensuring our home provides a warm and inviting atmosphere. Working as part of an integrated care team, you’ll help create a caring environment, where our residents’ dignity is never compromised and their independence is encouraged. Previous relevant experience, together with excellent multi-tasking and communication skills, are essential.
