Care Worker (Days and Nights)
Helping with everything from personal care to the preparation of meals, you will use your enthusiasm and team skills to maintain a warm and caring atmosphere for all our residents. No experience is necessary. As long as you have a positive attitude and good communication skills, we can give you all the training you need.
Activity Care Worker
As part of the Home Care Team, you will organise a diverse programme of activities to stimulate and entertain our residents. The role is varied and challenging but very rewarding and you will be working in a friendly and supportive environment. Experience of a similar role is desirable, but we will provide you with comprehensive training and support. You just need to be creative, outgoing, caring and enthusiastic and have a passion for working with older people.
Senior Care Assistant
You will be responsible for taking a leadership role on a designated unit to ensure that staff work effectively together to meet the care and support needs of the residents living in the Home. Tasks will include reviewing and updating care plans, giving personal care to residents, administering medication and ensuring that social activities are provided during each shift.
In addition to having both a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care and a Level 2 award in Dementia Awareness, you will have substantial experience of working with older people in a residential care setting and a real passion for leading on and delivering outstanding care to our residents.
Care Team Manager (Days and Nights)
Leading a small care team from the front, you will maximise quality of life for all our residents and maintain the day-to-day efficiency of the home. You will hold an NVQ 2 or similar and have practical experience of working with older people. Attention to detail and good team skills are essential.
